Thank you for shopping with Leanne Bishop Art. This policy explains the processing, shipping, import-duty, return and refund terms that apply to physical products purchased through www.leannebishopart.com.

 

Digital downloads and online educational products are not physically shipped and are not subject to the shipping provisions outlined below.

 

Shipping

 

Where We Ship

 

Leanne Bishop Art offers worldwide shipping to most destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on carrier service limitations, customs restrictions and the nature or value of the item being shipped.

 

Fine art prints are carefully rolled, protected and packaged in sturdy postal tubes or appropriate shipping containers to help ensure their safe arrival.

 

Processing and Production Times

 

Fine art prints are produced to order and may require up to 14 business days for production before shipping.

 

Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, particularly from early November through mid-January. If a significant delay affects your order, Leanne Bishop Art will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with your order.

 

Processing and production times are separate from estimated shipping and delivery times.

 

For U.S. orders requiring a separate import-duty payment, production and shipment may be held until the applicable duty invoice has been paid.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

 

Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery generally takes between 4 and 13 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service selected. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond the control of Leanne Bishop Art.

 

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact info@leannebishopart.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

 

Once an order has shipped, Leanne Bishop Art cannot guarantee that the destination can be changed. Additional costs resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

 

A shipment-confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

 

U.S. Import Duties and Tariffs

 

Physical orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to U.S. import duties, tariffs, taxes and related processing fees.

 

For applicable shipments sent through Canada Post, U.S. import duties must be calculated and prepaid through Zonos before the parcel can be accepted for shipment. The amount is determined using the item’s declared value, country of origin and customs classification.

 

U.S. import duties are not included in the product price or regular shipping charge displayed at checkout. After placing an order, U.S. customers will receive a separate invoice for the applicable duty. This invoice must be paid before the order can be produced or shipped.

 

At the time this policy was last updated, certain fine art prints were being assessed a U.S. import duty equal to 50% of their declared value. Rates and customs requirements may change without notice, and the rate applicable to one product may not apply to another.

Leanne Bishop Art does not establish or retain these government-imposed duties. Duty payments are collected to cover the amount that must be remitted through Zonos as part of the Canada Post shipping process.

 

The Zonos calculation may not include carrier-specific fees. Any additional carrier, customs-processing or clearance fees assessed separately may be the customer’s responsibility.

 

If you decide not to proceed after receiving your duty invoice, please contact Leanne Bishop Art before production begins. Orders cannot be shipped until all required import-duty payments have been received.

 

Digital products and online educational resources are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical import duties.

 

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility. Leanne Bishop Art does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.

 

Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority before ordering if they require additional information about possible import costs.

 

Refusing a shipment or failing to pay charges assessed by the destination country does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund. Any original shipping, return shipping, import or carrier costs incurred may be deducted from an eligible refund.

 

Delayed or Lost Shipments

 

Occasional delays may occur because of weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions or other circumstances beyond the control of Leanne Bishop Art.

 

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after its estimated delivery date, please contact info@leannebishopart.com. Leanne Bishop Art will work with the shipping carrier to open an investigation where appropriate.

 

Damaged Orders

 

Every order is carefully packaged before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@leannebishopart.com as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Please include:

 

• Your order number

• Photographs of the damaged artwork or product

• Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging

• Photographs of the shipping label

 

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items while the claim is being reviewed. The shipping carrier may require these materials as part of its investigation.

 

Leanne Bishop Art will assist with the carrier claim and review the available options, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances and availability of the item.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Return Eligibility

 

If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible physical product, please contact info@leannebishopart.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

 

To qualify for a return:

 

• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unframed, unaltered and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original protective packaging.

• The return must be authorized by Leanne Bishop Art before it is shipped.

 

Please do not return an item without first contacting Leanne Bishop Art for authorization and return instructions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or are otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law:

 

• Commissioned or custom artwork

• Personalized products

• Products created or altered to the customer’s specifications

• Digital downloads

• Online courses or digital educational resources that have already been accessed or downloaded

• Gift cards, if applicable

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning eligible items unless the return is due to an error by Leanne Bishop Art or the item arrived damaged.

 

Returns must be securely packaged and sent using an insured and trackable shipping service. Leanne Bishop Art is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged while in transit.

 

The return address and shipping instructions will be provided after the return has been authorized.

 

Refunds

 

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable through Leanne Bishop Art.

 

If an import duty has already been remitted through Zonos or another customs-payment provider, Leanne Bishop Art may be unable to refund that amount directly. Any available duty refund may be subject to the procedures and decisions of Zonos, the shipping carrier or the applicable customs authority.

 

Order Cancellations

 

To request an order cancellation, contact info@leannebishopart.com as soon as possible.

 

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase provided production, personalization or shipment has not already begun. Because fine art prints are produced to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

 

Commissioned, personalized or custom artwork is subject to the cancellation and deposit terms stated in the applicable commission agreement.

 

Your Legal Rights

 

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
