Part 2: Shading a Sphere - Put your understanding of light into practice by creating a realistically shaded sphere using charcoal. This exercise will guide you through building smooth value transitions and accurately placing light and shadow to create the illusion of three-dimensional form—a fundamental skill that can be applied to more complex subjects.
